What does the warranty cover?

Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Sorry, we can’t cover:

  • Improper maintenance or wash and dry of the product (Care instructions must be followed per the care label on the product)
  • Loss of loft, fullness, or support caused from normal use
  • Damage as a result of transportation or in-store malfunctions
I have bad allergies, is this bedding a good choice for me?

Yes, all the pieces hypoallergenic. The pillow, comforter, and mattress protector contain luxurious down like comfort, without the down filling.

Why can I only checkout as a guest? And why won't my recent orders show in history?

Recently our eCommerce shopping platform implemented a checkout process temporarily forcing all checkouts to become guest checkouts.

In the short term you will notice, upon checking out, you will see a message letting you know an email will be sent to allow you to create an account after your order. When you click the email and create your new password you will see the order you just placed is not in your history. Don't worry! You will still get an order confirmation email letting you know your order info.

We will manually associate your recent order to any previous orders you may have placed.
